As with everything, there are questions that get asked very frequently. Here's a selection that get asked about once every few days, along with some of the answers. You can (and should) still contact us if your question isn't on here, though... our friendly staff would love to hear from you.
How much does shipping cost?
We now proudly offer calculated shipping at checkout. Which means cheaper prices and accurate shipping quotes. You save more the more you buy as our prices are not inflated to include this cost. We can now ship out of the country as well!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We do ship internationally. VAT (Value Added Tax) may be added to your order based on your location. If it is not automatically added to your order you will need to pay the VAT before or upon delivery of your order. Quoted shipping cost does not include VAT and is separate. If you have an International Tax ID please supply us this information for delivery convenience. Estimated delivery times vary anywhere from 2-4 weeks but may take longer if delayed by customs.
What items and locations are excluded from free shipping?
Certain bulky and heavy items are excluded from our free shipping over $50. Currently these items cannot be combined with other items and can only be bought separately with calculated shipping. At this time we only offer free shipping over $50+ for US and territories. If purchasing internationally we highly recommend bundling more items to save on shipping costs.
How long does shipping take?
We are currently shipping out orders in 1-3 business days. Some orders may take longer to be shipped out and delivered. There may be a delay during the holidays with USPS shipments. Please note that the carrier supplied transit time estimated at checkout does not include our handling time & is based on your location. If a specified delivery date is needed, please contact us before purchase and we will suggest a delivery method and confirm that your order will be delivered to you promptly.
What are Grab Bags?
Grab Bags are bags/boxes that will contain random items based on the items that you choose to include in your grab bag/box. We then put in random items into the grab bag to assure it's of greater value than what you paid. We cannot guarantee the item you want will be in the grab bag as it will be completely random. It all depends on when you order and the selected bag/box. Fulfill your collection and curiosity, get one today!
Are your products licensed?
We take the utmost care to only sell Licensed Official products to support the anime industry.

Do you charge a restocking fee?
No, we do not charge a restocking fee. If you have any questions please Contact Us.
My order did not go through, but why was my card payment charged?
Your card account may show pending authorization but this is not a charge. As the order was canceled the pending Authorization hold can take approximately 1-8 days to be removed, depending on your card issuer.
What is your Return Policy?
We offer free returns within 90 days of delivery. If you are looking to return any unused or unopened items please visit your account page here to open a return request. A shipping label and instructions will be sent to you. If an item is damaged during transit please Contact Us with your order # along with pictures of the damage. We will then send an exchange or refund depending on current stock or your preference.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
We understand that you would like to cancel your order, things happen! If your order has not already shipped and it is within 3 business days of purchase your order will be canceled and refunded in full. If your order has not shipped and is over 3 business days please Contact Us.
